BIOCOM Institute

The BIOCOM Institute serves as a bridge between learning institutions and life science companies to build comprehensive education initiatives that advance scientific literacy.

BRIDGE/EDGE Grants: These projects provide education, training, and placement services to incumbent, dislocated, and unemployed workers in the greater San Diego region.

Life Sciences Summer Institute: Collaboration with the San Diego Workforce Partnership that exposes teachers and students to the life science industry through training and internships.

Scholarship & Education Fund: Supports students demonstrating academic excellence and a desire to pursue research in the life sciences.

Science ACES (Advancing Classroom Education in Science): Become a part  of a volunteerism movement designed to empower change in our schools.

Science Education Speakers Bureau: A program that matches industry professionals with K-12 volunteer speaking opportunities.

The BIOCOM Institute is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Tax ID number is 26-1852884. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
