Students may also pursue programs of general interest.  In the fields of biotechnology and life science, Mesa offers various courses to help individuals gain the skills they need for educational and career advancement.  These courses include: General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inside the Pharmaceutical Industry, Introductory Biochemistry, as well as the Chemistry Technician Certificate and A.S. degrees in Animal Health Technology, Biology and Chemistry.
